What is a room of your om?
My passion for food, yoga, nature and a thirst for a creative outlet found resonance in Virginia Woolf’s essay “A Room of One’s Own”. It inspired me to create my own space for mindfulness – “a room of your Om.”
I run yoga sessions in the studio and in nature, sometimes incorporating food and fermented drinks I love concocting at home!
As an International Yoga Alliance registered teacher of Vinyasa & Hatha flow and Yin, I also trained with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli as a Total Yoga Nidra Facilitator and Teacher within Yoga Nidra Network and my practice is informed by numerous yoga and mindfulness-based stress reduction workshops with teachers from around the world.
Yoga
Yoga transformed my life and gives me physical and mental strength and flexibility so needed every day off the mat. It brings so much joy, I leave the mat with a smile on my face even on gloomy days 🙂
Food
What we eat plays a crucial role in creating a healthy mindset, as food can impact our mood and energy levels. I love crafting my n(om) n(om)s inspired by my Polish heritage and deep love for Asian and Mediterranean cuisines!
Wellbeing
Some days a home-cooked meal or a 5-minute breathing moment is what feeds the soul. On others, a forest bathing walk with a yoga flow ticks all the boxes. I hope you find your om thing here that will add some ease and joy to your day!

What people say…
“Thank you so so much for such a beautiful evening of nidra. Such a soothing and nurturing voice, you transported us gently, I felt so safe and comfortable (…), really it was the first time I had felt the power of my breath and my body working together.”
– Jane
“As it was my very first encounter with yoga nidra I was slightly unsure what to expect, however I came out of the experience a total convert! Thanks to Marzena and her gentle guidance I was able to reset, relax and ground myself.”
– Anda
“Yoga with Marzena has been the highlight of my week for the last 5 months. After a long day at work, I leave her sessions feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Marzena is very encouraging and as the weeks progressed, I’ve seen an improvement in my flexibility, core strength, posture and mental wellbeing.”
– Chris
“During lockdowns, I developed feelings of extreme sadness, loneliness and anxiety and yoga helped me to cope with the challenges I have been facing in both personal and professional life. When Marzena began teaching, I was thrilled to join sessions with her, have been attending since last Autumn and enjoying every step of the journey. I come away from her sessions feeling very relaxed and happy.”
– Angie
“As someone active and fitness aware, Marzena’s classes opened my eyes to a different yoga approach… wholesome way of living! I’m a single, full-time working parent and attending regularly helped with my posture, tiredness and indigestion, also leaving me energised. Her approach allows you to be yourself while working on your overall wellbeing. She is a true inspiration, and I could not recommend her sessions more.”
– Martina
“I started my weekly yoga ‘Destressor’ sessions with Marzenka in the summer of ’22. She took the time to introduce me to the basics and always reminded me when to breathe in and out until it became more natural to me. I’m in my early 40s & a mum to a teenage daughter. I’m not an athletic person but I noticed a difference in my body’s physical abilities after the first couple of months. Having that break in the middle of incredibly stressful Mondays saved my sanity.”
